01 — Standard hardware
Fasteners, fittings and the everyday items that sit at the bottom of every bill of materials. Sourcing them through the same supplier as your custom work means one order, one delivery and one invoice.
02 — Custom molded fiberglass
Molded to your drawing, or to a sample when the drawing no longer exists. This is where the large body sections and enclosures live, the parts that are hardest to find once a vehicle leaves the original production run.
03 — Rubber products
Rubber components compounded for the duty the part actually sees. Door and window seals, gaskets and extruded profiles that have to hold up to weather, wash cycles and constant use.
04 — Rubber to metal bonded parts
Bonded components where the rubber and its metal carrier have to behave as a single piece under load and vibration. Bushings, isolators and mounting assemblies.
05 — Machined parts
Machined components produced to your drawing, or to a drawing we create by reverse engineering the sample you send us. First articles go out for approval before the run starts.
06 — Electrical wire harnesses
Harnesses assembled to your loom drawing, or copied from an existing harness when no drawing survives, with connectors, labelling and routing matched to what the vehicle already carries.
07 — Kits
Component sets grouped by the repair or overhaul they serve, so the shop opens a single package instead of chasing eight separate line items across three purchase orders.
08 — Assembled parts
Multi-piece assemblies built up before shipment, so the part reaches your bench in the condition you want to install it rather than as a pile of components.
